Starting therapy can feel like a big step.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
If something on this site resonated, that’s enough.
I work with individuals who are:
You don’t need a specific label for this work to be helpful.
We focus on understanding how things are working for you so something can actually change.
Sessions are:
This isn’t just about talking through your week.
We slow things down, look at what’s underneath your patterns, and work in a way that supports real, lasting change.
My work is depth-oriented and grounded in understanding both your mind and your nervous system.
I integrate:
Which means we’re not just managing symptoms.
We’re working with what’s driving them.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance for new clients.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. I can provide documentation (superbills) to support this process, and you’re welcome to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Sessions are offered via telehealth. Fee information is shared prior to beginning services.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your medical and mental health care.
As an out-of-network provider, I provide clients with clear information about session fees, and I’m happy to offer a Good Faith Estimate upon request.
This estimate helps you understand the potential cost of your care and avoid unexpected bills.
